It is time for someone to take Breaking Muscle over the next decade.

It’s been 10 years since Breaking Muscle started. As soon as I started, I wrote down what I liked at the time because I couldn’t find it anywhere else. I was interested in yoga, CrossFit, Russian kettlebell training, MMA, and then what makes me up to fitness and fitness classes, but most of the journalists were all about fitness, and just a few. What was fun for me and Muscle Muscle was small and hard to find and was not uncommon.
