Former President Bill Clinton was hospitalized Tuesday evening with a Covid-related illness.
“On Tuesday evening, President Clinton was admitted to UCI Medical Center for treatment of non-Covid-related illnesses,” Clinton’s spokeswoman Angel Urena said in a statement Thursday evening. “She is OK now, she’s worried, and she’s very grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff who took good care of her.”
Reuters confirmed that Clinton was admitted to UCI Medical Center in Irvine, California (Orange County).

Urena shared with Fox News a link to Doctors Alpesh Amin and Lisa Bardack.
“President Clinton was taken to UC Irvine Medical Center and found to be ill,” the doctor wrote. “She was admitted to the hospital for a thorough examination and given IV antibiotics and water. She is still in the hospital for regular check-ups.”
“After two days of receiving it, her white blood cell count is decreasing and she is responding well to antibiotics,” said doctors. “The California medical team has been in regular contact with the New York President’s medical team, including his cardiologist. We hope he’ll be home soon.”
